How the program works
How the program works
1) Kickoff Intro Session (60 minutes, onsite)
A friendly intro, a live demo, Q&A, and sign-ups for coaching sessions.
2) Individual Coaching Sessions (60 minutes each, onsite)
Participants meet one-on-one to begin their first story.
3) Follow-up Coaching (30 minutes, onsite or remote)
Review progress, refine the story, and help participants take the next step.
Optional: Community Celebration
A Story Showcase or sharing event.
Typical cohort size: ideal 8–10 participants (minimum 4).

No. Participants can speak or type. The process is guided and supportive.
Is tech experience required?
No—Memoir Lab is designed for all levels.
Can this be brought outside Central Texas?
Yes. Central Texas and South Florida are the current focus. Other locations can be considered based on demand.
